Recipe of Today: Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes


  • 8 pounds potatoes
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tsps sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Additional melted butter (optional)


  • Peel and cube the potatoes. Place in a large stockpot; add water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, until tender for 12-15 minutes. Drain.
  • Take out your Kitchenin KM50 Stand Mixer, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup melted butter, sea salt and black pepper in the mixing bowl until smooth. Add potatoes and mix until light and fluffy. You could also top with more melted butter if you like. Sprinkle with chopped green onions. Enjoy!
