Recipe of Today: Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¾ tsps sea salt
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup canola oil
- 2 tbsps water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper as well and set aside for future use.
- In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chocolate chips and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, canola oil, water, and vanilla extract. Then get your Kitchenin KM50 Stand Mixer, sprinkle the dry mixture over the wet mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 40 to 48 minutes, or until toothpicks come out with just a few crumbs. Cool completely before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
